Do try them and post your comments below. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br /> <br />6 corn on the cob <br /> <br />Chowpatty style - 2 whole <br />1/2 tbsp salt <br />1 tbsp chilly powder <br />1 whole lemon <br /> <br />Pesto butter (2 nos thick sliced and skewered) <br />2 tbsp softened butter <br />1 tbsp peanut mint pesto <br /> <br />For Peanut Mint pesto <br />1 cup mint leaves <br />3 tbsp peanuts <br />1 tbsp garlic <br />1 green chilly <br />1 tbsp parmesan cheese <br />Salt as required <br />2 tbsp olive oil <br /> <br />Pickle butter ( 2 nos halved post roasting) <br />2 tbsp softened butter <br />1 tbsp mango pickle paste <br /> <br />Method <br /> <br />- Peal the corn. Remove the hair. Place it on fire and occasionally flip it over. <br />- Once they are roasted, remove them from fire. <br />- Prepare peanut mint pesto with the help of ingredients mentioned above. <br />- Mix 1 tbsp of Peanut Mint pesto with 2 tbsp of softened butter. <br />- Mix 1 tbsp of mango pickle with 2 tbsp of softened butter. <br />- Mix salt and chilli. Slice the top of lemon and coat it with salt and chilli powder, <br />- Brush the prepared marinate over the grilled corn and indulge in it!
